COMPANY-WIDE WHISTLEBLOWER SYSTEM
We are committed to our Code of Compliance and thus make it clear that we behave with integrity at all times in our dealings with each other and with our customers, suppliers and other business partners. Information from third parties often leads to white-collar crime being uncovered and investigated. We have therefore set up a system that makes it possible to report criminal offences or serious breaches of our Code of Compliance. This is the internet-based BKMS system (Business Keeper Monitoring System). This system, which is based on security-certified software, is already being used successfully by companies, administrations and organisations in over 190 countries.
Would you like to give us a tip via the BKMS system? Then you can choose whether you want to do this anonymously or by stating your name. Open communication is very important to us. We therefore expressly encourage you to give your name. We will treat all your details as strictly confidential, taking into account the legitimate interests of all parties involved.
Passing on a tip to us is very easy. All you have to do is create a mailbox in the BKMS system. This will enable us to contact you if we need to ask any questions. You can also add further information to your report at any time. You can also communicate anonymously via the mailbox if you wish.
Please note: The BKMS system is used by us exclusively to provide the opportunity to draw attention to the following offences: suspected white-collar crime or defined, serious compliance violations at Deko-Light Elektronik Vertriebs GmbH. If the system is misused for other purposes, this may constitute a criminal offence.
